Dear Local Businesses,
Here is an opportunity to showcase your business and food products and also contribute to a good cause.
The Gatlinburg Rotary Club is organizing a fund-raising event called "Mountains of Chocolate & More" on June 2.
It's a sampling and tasting event, and you can have a display table of your products at no cost to you other than the cost of the tasty morsels you want to share. It will be a chance to demonstrate your expertise and show your food products to members of the community.
It will be an evening of live music, tasting, and an auction. There are many ways you can participate and be seen:
. Contribute 200 bite-sized samples of your products
. Contribute gift certificates to be auctioned
. Contribute gift baskets of your products to be auctioned
In exchange you can, promote your business, have Menus and/or flyers available, your business will be listed in the Rotary Club website, and your contribution will be fully tax-deductible.
If you would like to take advantage of this opportunity or have questions on how you can participate please contact Megan Ownby at 804-3108 or abovethemistweddings@yahoo.com or Andrea Ludden at 430-5515 or cobblyknob@gmail.com
