 Club Adminstration- Frank Moore Minimize

Attendance- Megan Ownby
Keeping track of members who attend meetings, functions and make-ups.

Calendar- President and Board of Directors
Selecting dates for club functions.

Fellowship Activities- Brad Spradlen, Shannon Clinton, Junior Watson
Activities to strenghten members fellowship.

Programs- Megan Ownby, Cathy Cook
Finding and scheduling 20 minute weekly programs for club meetings.

Rotary Magazine- Arnie Walker, Paul Appel
Responsible for subscriptions to the Rotary Magazine for new members.

Rotary Greetings- Shannon Clinton, Andrea Ludden
Schedules greeters for weekly meetings.

Sgt. in Arms- David Willard, Gerry Martin, Gus Floodquist
Is responsible for raising money during the meetings with announcements, happy dollars, etc.


    
 Fundraising- Randy Roberson Minimize

Dinner & Auction- Brad Spradlen, Debbie Orsburn
Responsible for our main fundraiser of the year.

Flag Program Billing- Gerry Martin, Brad Spradlen
Bills and collect for the Flag Program

Golf Tournament- Junior Watson, Vicki Simms, Brad Spradlen
Coordinates the annual Golf Tournament Fundraiser

Ribfest/ Chili Cook-off- Brad Spradlen, Greta Cole, Joe Gullo
Responsible for coordinating with the city and setting up for the events.

Greyhound Luncheon- Brad Spradlen, Junio Watson, Joe Gullo
Set's up and prepares lunch for the Greyhound Fundraiser.

Attendance Committee- Gus Floodquist, Bob Price
Responsible for contacting members who are falling behind on attendance.

Classifications- Megan Ownby
Assigns classifications and sets up dates for classification speeches.

Membership Development- Paul Appel, Glenn Bogart, Byron Jordan
Reviews responsibilities of being a Rotarian with each new member.

Sunshine- Jeff Ownby, Pershing McCarter, Bob Rizner, Kenton Temple
Sends prayers and well wishes to members of the club.

Club Bulletin- Shannon Clinton, Roxanne Pixler
Weekly bulletin delivered by email to all members of the Club.

Club Historian- Shannon Clinton, Kenton Temple, David Wright, Vickie Blake
Collect, organize and preserve our Club's history.

Club Website- Andrea Ludden, Cathy Cook, Carl Gheesling
A source of information for our Club and Community.

External Comminications-
Provides our local newspaper and radio station with news from the Club.

An international exchange program for young professionals.

Permanent Fund & Polio Plus- Ralph Egli, Dale Ditmanson, Herb Nichols, Rolf Ludden
Permanent Fund secures the Foundation’s future and provides long-term stability for programs such as PolioPlus.

Scholarships- Brad Spradlen, Greta Cole, Jim Embry, Frank Moore, Julia Clinton
Reviews and grants scholarships to local students.

Water Well Project- Donna Mulholland, Cathy Cook

Coordinates with county Rotary Clubs to award recognition to the top 10% of the graduating class.

Research and submits a list of worthy local non-Rotarians who exhibits the Spirit of Rotary.

Vocational Services- Greta Cole, Paula King
Encourages Rotarians to serve others through their professions and to practice high ethical standards.

White Oaks Flats Cemetery- Megan Ownby, Jim Embry, Carl Gheesling, Karen Houck, Brian Papworth, Chad Reagan, Kenton Temple
Oversees the care and maintance of the Cemetery

World Community Service- Paul Appel, Bob Rizner
Rotary clubs in two or more countries assist each other with service projects. WCS projects must be humanitarian in nature.

Organizes the annual Christmas Party with food and gifts to local children.

Distributes dictionaries to local students.

Coordinates projects to help the environment.
